|
Chicago Public Library has offered CyberNavigator service since 1999. Urbana Free Library (Illinois) and
Austin Public Library (Texas) provide volunteers to help people using computers. Libraries are looking
for better ways to do this important work.
Thanks to the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the Benton Foundation, and the Chicago
Community Trust for their support of eChicago, and to the CyberNavigators and others at Chicago Public
Library for sharing their expertise.
